To say we’re fussy about our fish at Mr C’s is an understatement. Every fillet we serve is MSC certified, meaning it comes from sustainable, responsibly managed sources. Our fish is frozen at sea within hours of being caught, locking in freshness so that by the time it reaches your plate, it tastes as if it were caught that very day.

As third-generation fish friers, our recipes carry the care and craftsmanship that started back in 1974, when Harj’s grandfather opened his very first fish and chip shop.
