As our merchandise is custom designed and printed to order, delivery usually takes 7-14 days, but please do allow up to 28 days. Postage and Packaging is included at a flat rate of £6 per order.
Once your order has been placed we then check you are an invitee for that year. If we are unable to locate your details we will contact you for further information. If we do not receive a response or we remain unable to locate you on our records your order will be cancelled. All refunds take up to 5-7 working days to be processed by our payment provider.
